Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz raw vegetables (peas, cauliflower, celery root, tomatoes, etc.) 3 oz mayonnaise 1 pn sugar salt 3 oz ham, minced lemon juice Directions:Chop or grate vegetables finely. Mix vegetables and ham with mayonnaise. Flavor with sugar, salt and lemon juice to taste. Serve on toast or in little dishes with cream crackers or cheese sticks. |
