Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz butter 1 ea garlic clove, crushed salt 1 pn pepper, black 1 ea egg, hard cooked, chopped 4 oz breadcrumbs, dry 1/4 lb pork liver, minced Directions:1. Combine butter, salt, egg and liver. Cream together thoroughly. Add crushed garlic, pepper and fine breadcrumbs. 2. Shape into small dumplings - boil in soup for about 10 minutes. To keep soup clear, boil dumplings separately in water, rinse in cold water and add to soup before serving. |
