Ingredients: 2 c blueberries 2 c sour cream 4 c water 6 T flour 1 pn salt 1 pn cinnamon sugar to taste Directions:1. Add blueberries, salt, cinnamon and sugar to taste to water. Bring to a boil. 2. Mix flour and cream, add to soup and continue boiling. Add lemon juice if desired. 3. Allow to cool. This soup can be prepared from other fruit, i.e. raspberries, pears, gooseberries, etc. |
