Ingredients: 1 1/4 lb apples, peeled, cored 2 c sour cream 3 c water sugar, to taste 1 pn salt lemon 3 T flour Directions:1. Cut apples into pieces. Add to water with lemon and salt. Boil until apples are cooked. 2. Add flour mixed with cream and boil. Add sugar, lemon and a few raisins to taste. Chill, serve cold. |
