Ingredients: 1/2 c carrots, grated fine 2 ea garlic cloves, crushed 1 sm onion, chopped 6 c water 6 T butter 4 oz rice, cooked salt parsley, chopped fine Directions:1. Fry carrots in butter with onion. Cover with water, add salt and cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Put through sieve or puree in mixer or food processor. Add rice and simmer again for 15 minutes. 3. Before serving, flavor with a few drops of seasoning and parsley. |
