Ingredients: 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled, cubed sugar 4 ea gherkins, cubed 1 c sour cream 5 c water 1/2 c flour salt dill, chopped caraway seed Directions:1. Boil potatoes in salted water a caraway seed. When almost tender, add gherkins with a little pickle juice, flour mixed with cream and simmer until tender. 2. Add dill, sugar and serveral drops of seasoning as desired. You may add a beaten egg yolk if desired. |
