Ingredients: 1 1/4 lb tomatoes, sliced 6 c water salt 2 ea eggs, hard-boiled, sliced lard 6 c cheese, grated 1 sm onion, chopped parsley, chopped 1 pn pepper, black Directions:Salt tomatoe slices, place in pan and simmer until tender. Fry onion in lard, sprinkle with flour and allow to brown. Dilute with water mixed with sieved (or pureed) tomatoes and simmer well. Flavor with pepper, sliced eggs, grated cheese and parsley. |
