Ingredients: carrots - 50 gms ground mustard seeds 10 gms water - 3 - 4cups salt to taste chilli powder - 11/4 tsp
Directions:1. Scrape and cut carrots into pieces of desired shapes. 2. Add the carrots and mix the other ingredients to water. 3. Store in earthernware pots or glass jars for 2 - 3 days to let them become soar. 4. Serve it cold. |
