Ingredients: tofu 1 (get a silk type tofu, if possible) hamburger (pork or beef) 150g small piece of garlic ginger little green onion 10cm leek 1 oil 1 tbsp flour 2 tbsps water 1 cup SAUCE: soy sauce 2 tbsps sake 2 tbsps (or wine) soybean paste 1 tbsp (or tomato ketchup) suger 1/2 tsp tobanchan 1/2 tsp (or chili powder or red pepper) ketchup 2 tbsps
Directions:1. Mince garlic, ginger and green onion (or onion). 2. Mix sauce in a cup. 3. Cut tofu into 1.5 cm cubes. 4. Cut leek into 2 cm long. 5. Mix flour with water. 6. Put oil into a pan and heat it up. 7. Fry minced garlic, ginger and green onion. 8. Fry hamburger. 9. After the color of hamburger changes, put sauce anf water with flour into the pan. 10.
