Ingredients: 1 whole round Brie cheese (4 1/2 ounces) 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted 1 tablespoon brandy, if desired Chopped fresh parsley, if desired Assorted crackers, if desired
Directions:1.Set oven control to broil. Place cheese in ovenproof pie plate or pan. Broil cheese with top 3 to 4 inches from heat about 2 minutes 30 seconds or until soft and warm. 2.Melt butter; stir in almonds and brandy. Pour over cheese. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers. |
