Directions:1. Wash bean sprouts and drain water off with a sieve. 2. Cut leeks into 3cm wide. 3. Continue frying bean sprouts on a sesame oiled heated pan until they become soft. 4. Add soy sauce, salt, grated garlic and water to bean sprouts and heat them at high temperature. When it starts boiling, turn down heat for 2 minutes and add cut leeks. Lower the heat and sprinkle chili pepper. |
