1/8 tsp basil, dried ground
1/2 cup cottage cheese, lowfat (2%)
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbl oil, sesame
1 tbl milk, non-instant, skim
1. Add eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, powdered skim milk and basil in blender and mix for 20 seconds.
2. Pour oil in skillet and add mixture plus green peppers.
3. Scramble slowly over very low flame.
