1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chicken or meat broth or bouillon
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
1. Simmer mushrooms with onion in bouillon 15 minutes.
2. Blend flour into butter. Stir into mushrooms. Bring to boiling, stirring.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
