Ingredients: 3 bottles Rare Vos reduced to 2 1/2 cups 8 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 cup fresh/frozen raspberries 2 tbsp honey 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 5 tbsp sugar 4 1/2 cups grapeseed oil
Directions:Reduce Beer to 2 1/2 cups. Cool and add to all other ingredients except oil. Blend well and add oil to emulsify. |
