Ingredients: 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise 1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing 1 loaf (1 lb.) Italian bread, cut in half lengthwise* 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.) Sliced assorted cut-up vegetables (such as zucchini, onions, peppers)
Directions:1.Mix mayo and dressing. Spread 1/3 cup of the mayo mixture on cut surfaces of bread. Brush 1/2 of the remaining mayo mixture on 1 side of chicken and vegetables. 2.Place chicken and vegetables, mayo-sides down, on greased grill over medium-hot coals. Grill chicken 16 minutes or until cooked through and grill vegetables, 8 minutes or until tender-crisp, turning and brushing with remaining mayo mixture halfway through cooking times. 3.Fill bread with chicken and vegetables. |
