1 cup (8 fl oz/240 ml) balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons honey
4 large ripe peaches

1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring vinegar to a boil. Cook until reduced by half, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in molasses and honey.
2. Prepare grill. Peel peaches and cut into halves. Remove pits and peel. Brush all over very lightly with balsamic glaze. Place peaches with cut sides down on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes; flip peaches, then brush insides of peach halves liberally with glaze. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until peaches are tender.
