Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp (16-20 size), peeled and deveined 4 pitas, split 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. rosemary 5 cloves caramelized garlic 2 Tbsp. ketchup 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce 1 cup sliced and grilled pineapple, chopped 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
Directions:Marinate shrimp in olive oil, rosemary, garlic, ketchup, cider vinegar and hoisin sauce. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and toss with pineapple. Serve on pita with lettuce leaves. |
