2 tb ketchup; plus 2 teaspoons
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb red wine vinegar
1 ts yellow mustard
1/2 ts freshly ground black pepper
1 lb sweet potatoes, pared; cut
Prepare grill for a medium fire. In small bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard and pepper; mix well. Brush potato slices on both sides with ketchup mixture. Grill, turning frequently and brushing with remaining ketchup mixture until cooked through, 4 minutes per side.
