Ingredients: 100 gms potatoes, peeled 100 gms turnips, peeled 100 gms carrots, peeled 1 large onion hot vegetable or fish stock 500 gms fish fillets 30 gms butter 150 ml fresh cream powdered pepper and chilli coriander
Directions:Chop coriander. Grate potatoes, turnips, onion and carrots. Clean fish fillets and dice. Take a bowl. Add grated vegetables, butter and half the stock. Cover. Cook on HIGH for 15 minutes. Add fish and cover. Set on HIGH for 4 minutes till the fish flakes. Blend in mixer. Then stir in the remaining stock. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Blend in the cream and heat for 1 minute. Do not bring to a boil, the cream might curdle. Garnish. |
