Ingredients: 50 gms butter 50 gms flour 450 ml milk 300 ml chicken stock 300 gms sweet corn kernels 1/2cup chopped chicken 2 tbsps malai freshly ground pepper chopped parsley or croutons Directions:Cook kernels and chicken. Heat chicken stock. Melt butter on HIGH for 2 minutes. Blend in flour. Stir in hot stock. Season with salt and pepper. Microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes, stirring once or twice in between. Beat well with egg beater. Stir in corn, chicken and malai. Season again. Garnish with parsley or croutons. |
