Ingredients: 6 fresh corn cobs or 300 gms frozen corn 2 tbsps chopped coriander 4 tsps grated coconut 4 green chillies 1 inch ginger 1 tsp cumin seeds 6 flakes garlic 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp mustard seeds 2 sprigs curry leaves 1/2 cup hot milk Directions:If corn is fresh, remove grains and grind coarsely in mixer. Grind coriander, coconut, chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds to a paste. Add salt and mix in half a cup of water. Heat ghee on HIGH for 30 seconds. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Microwave on HIGH for 15 seconds. Add corn, stir well. Add 1/4 cup water, cover. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Add paste soaked in water. Stir well, cover. Microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes. Add hot milk and garnish with coriander. |
