Ingredients: 250 gms shelled prawns 1 tbsp oil 1 onion 2 to 3 green chillies 6 fenugreek seeds 10 gms tamarind 1 teacup grated coconut 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 Kashmiri chillies 1 tbsp chopped coriander Grind : 1/2 inch ginger 5 to 6 flakes garlic 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 4 cloves Directions:Soak tamarind, squeeze juice. Extract 1 cup coconut milk. Heat oil on HIGH for 20 seconds. Add fenugreek seeds, onion, green chillies. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Add ground paste, turmeric powder. Set on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir in prawns, tamarind juice. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk, garnish with coriander. Simmer for 2 minutes. |
