| Ingredients: 4 bananas 50 gms brown sugar 1 tbsp butter 3 tbsps brandy sweetened cream or vanilla ice-cream
Directions:Slice bananas lengthwise. Add sugar and butter. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn the bananas a couple of times to prevent them becoming soggy. Just before serving, warm brandy over flame. Set alight, pour burning brandy over bananas. Serve with sweetened cream. |
