Ingredients: 2-3 peeled carrots 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained 1/3 cup mayonnaise or similar dressing 2 tsp. white vinegar 2 tsp. white sugar
Directions:1. Use a grater to grate the carrots. You should end up with 2 cups of grated carrots. Combine the carrots, raisins and pineapple in a bowl. Stir. 2. Combine the mayonaise, vineger, and sugar in a small bowl. Mix well. Pour over the carrot mixture. Stir and serve. |
