Ingredients: 4 salmon steaks 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil 1 tbsp (15 ml) white wine vinegar 1 tbsp (15 ml) dried dillweed 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp (1 ml) sugar salt and pepper
Directions:1. Grill salmon steaks on barbecue over medium heat about 6 minutes per side, until they flake with a fork. 2. Salt and pepper. 3. In a bowl, beat remaining ingredients with a whip until opaque and smooth. Serve with salmon as a sauce. |
