Ingredients: 3 pounds chicken wings Marinade: 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 teaspoons minced gingerroot 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried hot pepper flakes Directions:Marinade: 1. In bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, vegetable oil, gingerroot, sesame oil and hot pepper flakes; mix well. Chicken: 2. Place chicken in plastic bag and pour in marinade; seal bag and place in large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or for up to 48 hours, turning bag occasionally. 3. Cook wings on greased grill over hot coals or on high setting, turning to prevent burning, for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. |
