Ingredients: 1/3 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3/4 teaspoon onion salt 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 1 broiler-fryer chicken (2 1/2 lb), quartered Directions:1. Preheat grill for 10 minutes. In small bowl, blend all ingredients, except chicken. Set aside. 2. Tuck wing tips under cut side of chicken. 3. Grill chicken at LOW with hood closed until meat near bone is no longer pink, 35 to 45 minutes, turning chicken over and rearranging frequently. 4. Brush with sauce during last 15 to 20 minutes of grilling. |
