Ingredients: 180 g sugar 60 g glucose 80 ml water 680 g strawberry pulp Directions:In a saucepan, place sugar, glucose and water. Bring to a boil until the sugar is melted and forms a syrup. Mix the strawberries and add them to the syrup. Pour the preparation in the ice cream machine. Seal until the mixture begins to harden and turns into a sorbet. When sealed, place into a container and store in the freezer. |
