Ingredients: 2 litres of good red wine Grand-Marnier or Cointreau sugar 2 oranges 2 lemons cinnamon nutmeg Time: 28 min 48 hr Directions:Cut the fruits into pieces. Place them in a bowl along with the red wine.Add the grated nutmeg and cinnamon Grand-Marnier and Cointreau and caster sugar. Mix thoroughly. Leave to macerate in a cool place. Serve chilled. |
