Ingredients: 565 g (1 1/4 lb) halibut fillet, cut into 4 pieces 1 teaspoon salt 2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated 2 teaspoons dried rosemary 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:1. Preheat the oven to 450 F, 230 C. Place the halibut on top of foil lined grill pan. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2. Combine the grated potato with remaining salt, rosemary and olive oil. Pat the potato mixture on top of the fish and bake in centre of the oven for about 12 minutes per inch of thickness of fish. |
