Ingredients: 4 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon oil 2 slices (70 g) honey roast ham, diced 8 teaspoons fat-free Weight Watchers from Heinz mayonnaise-style dressing 4 teaspoons skimmed milk 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 200 g (7 oz) crispy salad (with white cabbage) salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:1. Season the eggs and heat the oil in a non-stick frying-pan. 2. Pour in the eggs and let them cook, drawing the mixture from the sides of the pan so that the uncooked mixture can run underneath and cook. It should only take 2-3 minutes for the omelette to set. 3. Sprinkle with the diced ham, fold one side over the other and divide between two plates. 4. Beat together the mayonnaise, skimmed milk and white wine vinegar. Dress the salad, season and serve with the omelette. |
