Ingredients: 240 g onion, sliced 180 g potato, sliced 300 ml chicken stock made with 1 cube 360 g lamb, cooked and cubed black pepper 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions:1. Place the onion and potato in a saucepan, add the chicken stock and bring to the boil. 2. Cook for 10 minutes or until potato is tender. Add the lamb, black pepper and parsley and cook for a further 15 minutes until thoroughly heated through. |
