Ingredients:150 g ripe mango flesh, peeled and chopped 1 large apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1 tbsp apple juice a few slices ripe banana Directions:1. Put the fruit into a heavy based saucepan together with the apple juice and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the apple is tender. Puree in a blender. 2. Freeze extra portions and add a little mashed banana to the apple and mango puree before serving. |
