Ingredients: 2 dried apricots 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped 1 ripe peach, stoned, skinned and cut into slices Directions:1. Put the dried apricots and apple into a saucepan, just cover with water and simmer for 3 minutes. 2. Add the remaining fruit and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until the fruit is tender. 3.
