Ingredients: 225 g fillet of cod, skinned juice of one orange (about 120 ml) 40 g cheddar cheese, grated 25 g crushed cornflakes a knob of butter Directions:1. Put the cod fillet into a dish suitable for use in a microwave. Pour over the orange juice and cover with the grated cheddar and crushed cornflakes. Dot with a little butter. Cover, leaving an air vent, and cook on full power for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through. 2. Flake the fish carefully, removing the bones and mash everything together. 3. Alternatively, put the fish and all the other ingredients in an ovenproof dish, cover with foil and bake at 180 C or 350 F for about 20 minutes. |
