1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons dried chilli or sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Time: 20 min
1. Place garlic, paprika, chilli and olive oil into a dish.
2. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute.
3. Add potato cubes and stir to coat.
4. Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
5. Stir again and sprinkle with parsley.
6. Serve warm with meat or salad.
