Ingredients: 500 g small potatoes, cooked and halved 500 g stringless green beans, cut into lengths and blanched 1 small red onion, sliced thinly Fresh herbs to garnish: rosemary, chives, parsley Dressing: 60 g chopped anchovy fillets 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt Freshly ground black pepper Time: 20 min Directions:1.
