Then wash them well and pat dry. 2. Cut shrimp and asparagus about 1/4 inches. 3. In the bowl, mix shrimp, asparagus, egg, sprinkle salt & pepper. 4. Then add flour in the bowl, mix well. 5. Wet your hands and make the 1-inch ball. 6. Roll on the breadcrumb. Make sure the ball is well covered with breadcrumb. 7. In the medium size pot, pour frying oil. Deep-fry the ball until brown. 8.
