3 Lbs. chicken frum stick/thigh or drummettes or wings
1 clove garlic
1 pce. green onion
8-10 FL oz Japanese style Soy salad dressing
Time: 30 min
1. Wash and pad dry chicken parts. Slice garlic and ginger.
2. On frying pan, fry chicken parts until oil comes out from chicken, then add garlic and ginger. Add green onion and continue frying until brown.
3. Add salad dressing and 1/2 cup water, over and simmer for 10 minutes.
