2 cups cooked brown rice
1 to 1.5 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can Campbell`s cream of mushroom soup
1.5 cup of frozen chopped vegetable thawed and drained
salt and pepper
butter or margarine
1. Stir fry frozen vegetables with small amount of oil and let it cool.
2. In large bowl, mix all of above in the order of vegetables, cooked rice, soup, cheese and egg.
3. In 8-inch square baking dish, spread butter or margarine, then put mixtures.
4. Bake at 375 degree 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes out dry.
