Ingredients: 2 ripe avocado pears 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 small onion, grated 1 x 100g (3 1/2oz) packet full fat soft cream cheese salt and freshly ground black pepper paprika to garnish
Directions:1. Peel avocados, halve, remove stones. Mash with lemon juice. 2. Beat in remaining ingredients. Season to taste, and sprinkle with paprika. 3. Serve as a dip with savoury biscuits, crisps and crudites. |
