Ingredients: 3/4 lb fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped 4 three-inch cinnamon sticks 8 cups skim milk
Directions:Put chocolate in a heatproof pitcher with cinnamon sticks. Bring milk and a pinch of salt just to a simmer in a 4-quart saucepan. Immediately pour into pitcher and stir until chocolate is melted. |
