Ingredients: 1 lime 2 cups white tequila 2 to 3 jalapeсos, halved lengthwise seeded 6 cups (1 1/2 quarts) tonic water
Directions:1. Using peeler, remove peel from lime (green part only) in strips. Combine peel, tequila and jalapenos in glass jar with tight-fitting lid. Chill overnight. 2. Fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour 3 tablespoons tequila and 3/4 cup tonic water into each. |
