Ingredients: 1 teaspoon cornmeal 1 tube prepared pizza crust dough 1 cup regular, lowfat or fat free ricotta cheese 1 teaspoon minced garlic dash of salt and pepper 5 ounces bagged fresh baby spinach 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 8 ounces sliced mushrooms 1 14.5 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 1 8-ounce can juice-packed pineapple tidbits, drained, or 1 cup fresh Italian seasoning Garlic salt Directions:1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray cookie sheet or pizza stone with non stick spray and sprinkle with cornmeal. Roll prepared dough into a 12-inch circle on prepared pan. 2. Combine ricotta cheese, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Spread over crust. Layer remaining ingredients in order listed, sprinkling with Italian seasoning and garlic salt to taste. 3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. |
