Ingredients: 1 tablespoon oil 1 pound beef chuck, cut into strips 1 onion, diced 1 garlic clove, minced 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 cup red and green pepper strips 2 cups bouillon 1-1/2 cups instant rice 3 tablespoon soy sauce Directions:Heat oil and brown beef with onion and garlic. Add ginger, pepper strips and bouillon and bring to a boil. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve over rice. |
