Ingredients: 2-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed potatoes Salt to taste Pepper to taste 3/4 cup ranch salad dressing 4 baked potatoes (hot) Grated cheese, chopped chives, bacon bits (optional)
Directions:Place chicken and vegetables in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish; cover and microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring once. Add salt and pepper. Let stand 2 minutes. Fold in salad dressing. Cut each potato open and fluff inside with a fork. Top each potato with the chicken-ranch dressing mixture. Add cheese, chives and bacon bits if desired |
