Ingredients: 1 lb boneless chicken breast 2 tab veg. oil 4 large flour tortillas Marinade 1/4-cup lime juice 1/4 cup veg oil 2 tb Worcestershire 1 small onion, minced 2 cloves crushed garlic 1-1/2 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp pepper Topping Sliced red onion Chopped green pepper Shredded lettuce Cut chicken into 1/2" strips Shredded cheese Salsa Directions:Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Let stand 1/2 hr and pat dry. Heat tortillas on baking sheet in a low oven about 5 minutes. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Saute chicken about 5 minutes. Place chicken on tortillas and garnish with toppings. |
