Ingredients: 2 lb. frozen hash browns 2-10 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup 500 ml sour cream 1/2 cup melted butter 2 grated onions 1 tsp salt 2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese Parmesan cheese Directions:Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 1/2 hour in a 350 oven. |
