Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 (118 mL) cup extra-virgin olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons (30 mL) chopped fresh basil 2 cloves of garlic, pressed Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:Pound chicken breasts flat until 1/4" (7mm) thick. Rub with a little olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill until done. When finished, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle with fresh basil. |
