Ingredients: 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt 1/4 cup NESTLER CARNATIONR Nonfat Dry Milk 1/2 cup chopped green onion 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled 1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary 1/8 teaspoon salt Total time: 3 hr 45 min Directions:1.To thicken yogurt, stretch a piece of cheesecloth over a bowl and place yogurt on top of the cheesecloth. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Let yogurt drain for several hours or overnight. 2.In a small bowl, stir together drained yogurt and milk. Mix in green onions, blue cheese, garlic, basil, rosemary and salt. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. |
